I use to NOT meal plan but after work schedule changes, having kids, and after school activities, I can't believe I survived with out it. I have been able to stick to a budget and there is never the question "what's for lunch or dinner." We don't eat out and eat unhealthy but just grabbing what is quick and usually not nutritious. There are many different meal planners free printables on line and especially on Pinterest. Just find what is right for you.
