With 3 kids and the love of bread, I have been making my own bread instead of buying. Of course, I have been making white bread with Enriched white flour. Need advice from other bakers. Has anyone tried making bread with other flours besides just wheat flour? Bran flour? Oat flour? Does it bake up the same? Do you have to change up yeast amount? Where is a good place to find other flours to try and use? Any great recipes you have found to use in place of white bread? I am open to any ideas, recipes,comments, etc. Looking forward to your comments.
