To juice again or not. I've "been there done that" again already and now, it's back again and now, I get to figure it out again. I juiced enough carrot to turn orange, GLOWING orange. I felt great, but people noticed. Do I really go back? Now, granted I won't be turning carrot orange again because I'll have to incorporate greens, but...
And then, there's the "magic bullet". The bullet has been great. No soda, no extra caffeine and I really like that it settles my stomach. Do I keep this in my menu? As I think about how to incorporate juice and keep the bullet, I would have the juice for breakfast and then the bullet around 1000 or 1100.
And then, has anyone read into "vital-reds" or "bone broth protein"?
