I put on some videos and danced my little heart out. A little break goes a long way to being more productive at my computer, too. It was a great way to get myself moving until I get enough gumption to get on the treadmill again.

I have been having little dance parties during the day. It is amazing how much better I feel at the end of the day if I get up and move a little, vs sitting at my desk all day.
