I'm committed to making my 40's "PRIME" & as I continue to figure out what I need in order for that to come to fruition I signed up for SHA's class. I was expecting more mumbo jumbo because of where I've been, but hoping against hope, I hoped to find something great anyway. In the class description I noticed "eastern" as well as "reprogram" & that's where lies the hope. Fingers Crossed!!!
The first day of class was really great, unexpected & fun. I appreciate the approach in breaking uncomfortable barriers & having fun & feeling comfortable despite Dr. Shah being so super tiny ; ) I just want to soak in all that is being discussed, I don't want class to end. I want to know more, learn more & turn on some more light & shine on knowledge & experience & success. Life is a grand adventure & there's so much to do & learn. I'm so excited!!! Dr. Shah is approachable, non-judgemental & exudes happiness. Thank You!!!! I can't wait for class.
In a "forum" are there any "rules" to what we talk about? Can I ask about a specific book that I'm reading about fat? Is this strictly class discussion? "what say you"? ; )
I really want to. I might just have to break down and buy it. Put it on hold at the library but would love love love to read it along side with you and discuss.
Has anyone read "The Secret Life of Fat" by Sylvia Tara? What do think? So far, it all makes sense. I'm not finished with it yet, but I love what I've read so far.
Fat is an organ, who knew?!?!?!?!?!
Brandy, thank you very much for sharing your comments and we are very happy that you enjoyed the class. Yes you can ask about a book that you are reading about fat. We are going to discuss about body fat as well as dietary fat in upcoming classes and hopefully that would answer your question. Looking forward to seeing you in our next class.
